ArtHouse Derevo announces the next session of workshops with Anton Adasinsky

After celebrating his 65th birthday, Anton Adasinsky finally decided to reveal some of the secrets of his health and answer numerous questions about "how to live longer"?
How to build a day?
How to plan creativity?
Can art protect you from the stress of everyday life?

This time the work will focus on the human body.
How is the body built?
The functions of the organs.
The purpose of different muscles, the nervous system.

The participants will get acquainted with different types of trainings aimed at increasing physical abilities and stabilising the emotional structure. The peculiarity of these Derevo trainings is that they do not need special equipment and large space.
All that is needed is a square of 1.5 x 1.5 square metres.

There will also be extensive work with memory. "Remember Every Day." And with the imagination, "Every man is a poet."
A separate topic is the study of animal movement. What is "natural grace".
Filling and living every hour of unique human life.
This time Elena Yarovaya will conduct a course on nutrition in Derevo style
